在加入咨询业之前，孙先生曾在财富500强企业施乐(XEROX)公司，柯达(KODAK)公司和格雷斯(W。R。GRACE)公司担任过市场营销，业务开发和质量管理方面的高级管理职务，并曾任教于华东理工大学。
孙先生获华东理工大学工学学士学位，上海社会科学院经济学硕士学位和美国罗切斯特大学西蒙商学院工商管理硕士(MBA)学位。
Mr. Jian Sun
Mr. Jian Sun is a senior partner of A. T. Kearney. Mr. Sun has more than 30 years of consulting and industry experience. He has served clients from automotive, construction equipment, consumer electronics, food and beverage, and chemical industries on various strategy and restructuring projects. The clients that Mr. Sun has served include: Bosch, Daimler, Volkswagen, Nissan, Hyundai, Hitachi, Philip, Coca Cola, Geely, Dongfeng Motor, FAW, XCMG, Weichai, SAIC, GAC, BAIC, Haier, Anta etc. multinational and local Chinese companies. Mr. Sun’s expertise includes: corporate strategy development, branding strategy, international M&A & PMI, sales and marketing strategy and effectiveness improvement, organization restructuring and operation improvement.
Mr. Sun is a frequent keynote speaker and moderator in many international conference and TV programs on corporate strategy, and business model innovation. His articles and interviews have been published in many leading business publications including WSJ, Business Week, Far Asian Economic Review, HBR(Chinese). He has also lectured at CIEBS, Fudan and other leading Chinese business schools.
Before entering consulting, Mr. Sun has worked in Fortune 500 companies Eastman Kodak, Xerox and W. R. Grace in senior management positions in marketing, sales and quality, and also taught in East China University of Science and Technology as an assistant professor.

Bachelor degree in Engineering from East China University of Science
and Technology; a Master degree in Economics from Shanghai Academy of
Social Sciences, a MBA degree from the Simon School of Business
