武俊青，女，汉族，1958年生。国务院特殊津贴享受者！是上海市政协10届-13届政协委员，12届-13届政协常委；复旦大学博士生导师，二级教授；吉林大学 兼职教授！上海市生殖健康研究与发展中心 副主任；上海市计划生育科学研究所/世界卫生组织人类生殖研究合作中心，研究室主任，二级研究员；国家卫健委 中国计划生育/生殖健康综合咨询能力建设办公室 主任，中国生殖健康咨询师职业的奠基人；“欧盟生殖健康专委会" 专家委员；“国家职业教育教学指导委员会“ 委员；国家卫健委、国家科技部及国家教委专家组成员，是国家科技部“国家科技进步奖"等重要奖项的评审委员。亚洲地区HIV/AIDS知识推广项目中国协调人；国际艾滋病学会，会员；美国人口学会，会员。1991年～1993年，师从国际著名流行病与卫生统计学教授 Stuart Pocock，1993年获英国伦敦大学伦敦热带卫生学院硕士学位，是第一位获“伦敦大学勛扬奖"、“优秀硕士生”的中国人；获伦敦大学的“Stanley Memory”奖学金！2006年获复旦大学卫生统计与流行病学专业博士学位。是国际5个杂志的审阅人，国内十个杂志的专家和编委或者评阅人等。是18个国家生生殖健康、性健康级计划生育相关学会/协会的理事或常务理事。曾任山西医科大学卫生统计教研室 副主任、预防医学系 副主任，公共卫生学院 副院长等职！1997年上海市人才引进后，在上海市计划生育科学研究所/世界卫生组织人类生殖研究合作中心 生殖流行病与社会科学研究室，主任、研究员。作为首席科学家申请到WHO、UNFPA、FORD FOUNDATION、DFID、LONDON UNIVERSITY、HOPKIN UNIVERSITY这些机构的项目经费，并保持良好的合作关系。作为首席科学家还申请到国家自然科学基金、国家社会科学基金、国家科技部“十一五科技支撑计划”、“十二五科技支撑计划”、国家卫健委的系列资助的项目。重点参与了国家卫计委“生殖健康咨询师"新职业的职业标准、考试的教学大纲、教材编写、试题库建设、评估指标、教学大纲等的编写和审核！获国际5项奖励，国内省部级25项奖励！已经出版专著生殖健康咨询师相关专著18本，包括其他领域专著共58本，国内外发表中英文论文328篇！
