张俊华博士目前是布鲁塞尔全欧亚洲研究院的高级研究院，同时他也是上海交大的访问教授以及法国巴约讷管理大学的客座教授。 他在Gerson Lehrman Group Councils公司任高级咨询，是Geopolitical Intelligence Service编辑部邀请的专家，同时又是瑞士一家主要报纸新苏黎世报的专题撰稿人。
张博士在2007至2018年担任浙大与上海交大的政治学与国际关系的教授。在他学术生涯中，他曾在法国、英国、俄罗斯、以色列、奥地利以及加拿大的知名大学担任过访问教授。 他也曾是«历史社会学杂志»的客座编辑。
张博士的研究领域为比较政治、国际关系、中国的政治经济学和社会记忆。他为企业咨询的重点是气候变化政策，能源政策以及汽车行业的政策。
他最近发表的主编的著作有«重新审视当代资本主义»和«以色列政治经济发展报告»（中国社科出版社2018）。
Dr. Junhua Zhang is currently a senior associate of the European Institute for Asian Studies (EIAS) in Brussels. At the same time, he is a visiting professor of the Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) and guest professor of the PAU-BAYONNE Ecole Universitaire de Management in France. He is senior consultant for Gerson Lehrman Group Councils (since 2007) and expert on China in the Geopolitical Intelligence Service. He is also a columnist for the leading newspaper in Switzerland Neue Zürcher Zeitung (since 2006),
Dr. Junhua ZHANG has acted as a Professor of Political Science at the School of International and Public Affairs of the SJTU and Zhejiang University for ten years (2007.Nov-Jan.2018). During his academic career both in Germany (1999-2007) and China (2007-2018), he also served as a visiting professor at several universities around the world, including the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada, the University of Moscow, and the Institut Européen des Hautes Etudes Internationales and the Donube University Krems in Austria. He was senior visiting fellow of the University of Sussex in 2011 and visiting professor of the Hebrew University 2012. In 2008 he acted as a guest editor for the Journal of Historical Sociology.
His research fields are comparative political system, international relations with focus on international political economy, China’s political economy as well as and social memory. His consulting work focuses on climate policy, energy policy and automobile sector.
His recently published books (in Chinese) are: Rethinking Contemporary Capitalism (重新审视当代资本主义), CASS Publishing House Beijing 2017; Israel’s Contemporary Political and Economic Developments (以色列政治经济发展报告), CASS Publishing House, Beijing, 2018.
