加拿大籍华裔，暨南大学产业经济研究院博士研究生，台湾圣约翰科技大学校务顾问，上海师范大学哲学与法政学院兼职教授，上海理工大学工具工业研究所高级顾问。现任英国诺霸集团董事，诺霸精密机械（上海）有限公司总经理。
作为诺霸全球六个董事中唯一的华人董事，曾总从事扭矩行业、扭矩实验室长达20余年。从英国到欧盟，到ISO系列，协助参与多项扭矩标准的制定。他不但将国外的先进技术带到国内，并在国内建立了扭矩实验室、制定品牌规范、培养扭矩人才，用自己的方式为中国五金标准制定和品牌建设做出了积极奉献。

Chinese-Canadian, Doctoral candidate of the Institute of Industrial Economics, Ji’nan University, University Affairs advisor of St. John's University in Taiwan, adjunct professor in School of Philosophy and Law and Politics, Shanghai Normal University, senior consultant in the Institute Of Tools Industry, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, currently working at UK Norbar Group as a director, and Norbar Torque Tools (Shanghai) Ltd. as the manager direct.
As the only Chinese director of the world's six directors of Norbar, he has been involved in the torque industry and torque laboratory for more than 20 years. From the UK to the European Union and ISO series, he assisted in the formulation of a number of torque standards. He has not only brought foreign advanced technology to China, but also established torque laboratories in China, formulated brand specifications and trained torque talents. In his own way, he has made active contributions to the establishment of Chinese hardware standards and brand building.
