童国栋先生于2017年4月加入上海药明康德集团，主要负责精益运营、合规、安监、数字信息技术部、采购和中国区各site的运营工作，他带领的运营团队代表着集团核心的竞争优势。童国栋先生并积极参与公司大健康产业拓展。
童国栋先生有着20年的运营管理经验。在加入药明康德前，在华为曾任华为大学校长助理、消费业务南太平洋地区及中国区总裁、消费业务HRVP、集团人力资源部副总裁、集团员工关系部与两报主编等。是华为蓝血十杰奖章获得者及《以奋斗者为本》一书合作者。
武汉大学法学学士及硕士学位。

Mr. Peter Tong joined WuXi AppTec Group in April 2017. In this role, Mr. Peter Tong leads ASIM, Compliance, EHS, IT, LSS, Procurement and China Mainland Sites Operations. These support services have represented a core competitive advantage for WuXi. And, Mr. Peter Tong is actively involved in corporation development of Health Industry.
Mr. Peter Tong brings almost 20 years of experiences and expertise in business operations. Before joining WuXi, he worked in Huawei as Assistant President of Huawei University, prior to that he held progressive positions in Huawei as R&D IP engineer, HR Director, Director of Testing Operations, Consumer Business Group (CBG) China Region President, VP and group editor-in-chief for Huawei newspapers as well as head of organization & performance and employee relations, CBG HRVP and President of South Pacific Region. Mr. Peter Tong got Huawei’s Whiz Reward and collaborated with writer on a book 《DEDICATION-The Foundation of Huawei’s Human Recourses Management》.
Mr. Peter Tong received his master degree in legal major from Wuhan University, and double bachelor degrees in economic law and public administration management from Wuhan University.
