罗文中博士自2014年10月起担任霍尼韦尔科技事业部副总裁兼中国区总经理。霍尼韦尔科技事业部中国是一个多元化、跨公司业务集团、跨行业领域的综合研发体系，致力于推动公司在中国乃至全球的科技创新和产业优化。
罗文中博士有着为全球领先的跨国生产型企业开设分支机构和以高利润率实现业务强有力增长的成功经验。
在担任这一职位之前，罗文中先生于2012年9月起担任霍尼韦尔中国摩擦材料业务部总经理，负责其在中国和日本的的全面业务经营管理，并在业务开发、定价及现金管理方面取得了突出的成效。
加入霍尼韦尔之前，罗文中博士在汽车零部件制造和铸造材料行业积累了近20年的行业经验，并且先后在销售、运营和工程研发方面担任过重要管理职务。 他于2011年起担任摩根坩埚集团中国区运营和技术副总裁，
负责推动其精益运营、产品创新和新技术研发。在此之前，罗文中先生在威斯卡特工业有限公司担任了五年亚太区总裁，并为公司设建了一个投资一亿美元的崭新亚太业务单元。加入威斯卡特之前，罗文中博士在美国联合
矿产有限公司服务了十多年并先后在中国和美国担任过多个不同层面的管理职位。他任职美国联合矿产有限公司中国总裁期间，取得了近10年内将公司业务提升20多倍的成绩。
罗文中博士拥有中国科学院化学冶金学硕士学位，以及美国密苏里大学冶金工程博士学位。

Wesley Luo is Vice President and General Manager of Honeywell Technology Solutions (HTS) China since October 2014. HTS China is a diversified R&D center encompassing R&D teams and capabilities for all Honeywell Strategic Business Groups, committed to making breakthrough technologies to address the local
and global trends and challenges.
Wesley has a proven track record of setting up international subsidiaries of leading global manufacturing companies and growing the businesses with high profit margin. Prior to this role, Wesley was the Regional General Manager of Friction Material of Honeywell since September 2012, responsible for the P&L of FM business in China and Japan and had delivered outstanding performance on business wins, premium pricing and cash management.
Prior to joining Honeywell, Wesley accumulated nearly 20 years of automotive and casting industry materials experience as well as rich experiences in Sales, Operations and Engineering. He served as Vice President, Operations and Technology for Morgan Crucible China, being responsible to drive for lean manufacturing, innovation and advanced technology development. Prior to that, Wesley served Wescast Industries as the Managing Director for Asia Pacific for 5 years, where he launched a $100 million Greenfield business unit. And before joining Wescast, Wesley spent more than a decade at Allied Mineral Products where he had taken different management roles in China and US. When he was the China President of Allied Mineral, he had grown the business in China more than 20 times in 10 years.
Wesley Luo holds a master’s degree in Chemical Metallurgy from the Academy of Sciences of China, and a PhD degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Missouri, USA.
