In this most wonderful season of April, the smell of spring is roaming everywhere and the nature is as vigorous as it can be.  This is a season of rich life as well as amagnificent, and magical season full of hope. Amidst this clear sky and flowery days of April, the Entrepreneur Elite (International) Club organised its first club member family event of "Welcome to Dayun" on April 27th. With everyone's aggressive participation, we have enjoyed huge success. Through this pleasant and easy-going visiting event, everyone was able to learn more about Dayun Town which is rich in culture with excellent location, distinctive industry features and preeminent venture environment full of business opportunities everywhere. Meanwhile, this has also enhanced  communication, exchange of views,collaboration and emotions among club members!

Dayun Introduction

Dayun town is located in the south part of Jiashan County. The town covers an area of 28.7 square kilometers and has a population of 350,000. It lies on the junction of Jiangsu province, Zhejiang province and Shanghai and it is about 100 kilometers away from Shanghai, Hangzhou, Ningbo and Suzhou respectively. Meanwhile, Jiashan entry/exit of G60 Shanghai-Hangzhou Highway and Jianshannan Speed Railway Station are both located in Dayun. Byhigh speed train, it only takes 23 minutes from Jiashannan Station to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station and 28 minutes to Hanghzoudong Railway Station. 

Dayun is an important part of Jiashan New Town,Approximate 10 square kilometers in the north side of the highway and railway have already been incorporated into the new town control line. Other parts are divided into three sectors from the west to the east, namely the tourism sector(provincial- level hot spring resort with an area of 12.79 square kilometers),the downtown sector in the middle, and the industry sector in the west. It has a distinguished functional partitioning, realizing the integrative development of production, city and tourism. 

At present, there are three national AAAA Tourist Attractions in the tourism sector, namely the Binyuan Huahai•ShiliShuixiang scenic spot, Yunlanwan Hot Spring scenic spot and Aficion Chocolate town scenic spot. Located in the holiday resort is the planning area of Jiashan Chocolate sweet town of about 3.87 square kilometers. 

The Sino-German Eco Industrial Park on the westside covers an area of 2.5 square kilometers. The park sticks to the development direction of urban industry and focuses on building a comprehensive industrial and livable park that integrates the precision machinery and equipment manufacturing industry from Europe and America, mainly Germany modern service industry and talent research and development projects.
