Helen (Huilun) Su, based in Alston & Bird’s Silicon Valley office, concentrates her practice on litigation concerning product liability claims and cross-border commercial disputes, arbitration and related strategy counseling with an emphasis on intellectual property disputes before the U.S. S courts and International Trade Commission.  Her practice also encompasses corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions, join ventures and international business transactions involving the U.S., China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Europe. She has extensive experience representing Taiwanese and Chinese companies from a variety of industries and technologies, including consumer electronics, rare earth manufacturing, medical devices, light emitting diodes(LEDs), liquid crystal displays(LCDs), semiconductors, chemical products, health care and insurance.

Before moving into private practice, Helen worked several years in Taiwan and China as general counsel to a multinational display maker company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.This unique experience allows Helen to counsel and solve client’s problems from both a legal perspective and a strategic business perspective.

Dr. Michael Malterer is a corporate, M&A and securities partner who focuses on M&A transactions and commercial work in the automotive, technology and further industrial sectors in Europe, Asia and USA/Canada.

Michael has a broad range of experience in cross-border M&A; he specialized in German corporate and commercial law. Michael has provided legal and commercial advice to the automotive supplier industry in context of supply agreements with all major car producers and other original equipment manufacturers (VW, Audi, BMW, Daimler, Continental, Bosch). Michael knows the contracts and terms and conditions of the top German car manufacturers and advised foreign suppliers in questions of how to deal with the relationship.

邬先生曾为多家国内知名私募基金提供并购咨询服务，其中包括：复星、经纬中国、君联资本、SIG、 高盛直投、华平资本、凯雷资本、麦顿投资等。在其专业服务过程中，涉及的行业包括 TMT、 Fintech、文化、旅游、零售、地产、物流、电力、医疗健康、能源。 邬先生亦于一家著名民营投资集团担任高级财务总监一职约两年，该集团投资遍布全球各地，总资产规 模超过人民币 4,000 亿元。期间领导各类投资项目，涉及配套资金筹措、财务尽职调查、财务模型搭 建、财务分析支持、退出方案落地。 

邬先生毕业于上海外国语大学，是中国注册会计师。
